Within
our Polystyrene Division, we have three processes which
enable us to produce specialised pieces to exact customer
requirements.
We have recently invested in new equipment and are now
preparing to take on more advanced designs for our customers.
Slice and Dice
This particular operation is the stepping stone for all
other operations within SWP.
From here we can produce products such as polystyrene
sheet, widely used within the construction industry, or
prepare a piece of block for profiling or scooping.

Profiling
This area of our operation, has just been upgraded,
and now uses a state of the art CAD system to produce
drawings, and send the program straight to our profilers
via a network which saves time and allows us to pass
the savings on to our customers.
Scooping
Our new computerised scooping machine recently bought
in Italy, is now up and running and allows us to take
on more complex products for both existing and new customers.
